Return Policy
We want you to be as thrilled with your new jewelry as we were when we chose it for our shop. We carefully inspect all pieces before shipping to assure they are of the best quality and in excellent condition.
Pieces may be returned up to 14 days after receipt, whether you just don't care for it, or it doesn't match the color or style of your outfit. Please contact us before shipping your piece back to us so that we will know to expect it. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser and original shipping charges will not be refunded in the event a return is made.
Shipping and Handling Charges
We charge exactly what the shipping costs us, so your final total will not be included in your initial online order. We will email you with the final total once your purchase has shipped.
Shipping Methods
Please inform us through our contact page if you would like expedited shipping. We use a combination of USPS and UPS and ship at a non-expedited rate. Frequently, USPS can offer 2 or 3-day service for a small amount more than their regular shipping rate - please inform us if you would like to take advantage of that by giving us a price limit for charges.
We ship only within the US.
Payment
We accept Master Card and Visa. Your credit card will not be charged until the day your purchase is shipped.
If you would like to use PayPal, please send us a note through our contact page with items desired and we will invoice you through PayPal. We'll follow up with a separate email confirming receipt of your order and the final total.
If you would like to send a Personal Check, please send us a note through our contact page with items desired and we will invoice you via email with an approximated shipping charge. Your purchase will be shipped after your check clears.
